The Cofradía Gastronómica Plat Cerdà meets the first Thursday of each month at the Col·legi d’Enginyers de Camins to dine on the dishes prepared by its members, giving them of a thematic content to increase his appeal and interest. The Association drives different activities that develop the more than 50 civil engineers that take part, promoting an interest in cooking and gastronomy.

The president of Cofradia is Benedicto Lizcano (membership No. 9523).

  • Functioning: On the first Thursday of each month one or more confreres designs and cooks a menu for the rest of the members. In order to be part of the confraternity, the aspiring members have to cook and be assessed.
  • Registration fee: €150
  • Annual fee: €40 (+ cost of each dinner, if attending).
