The Col·legi d’Enginyers de Camins, Canals i Ports de Catalunya is governed by democratic principles based on elections every 4 years for the positions of Dean, Assistant Dean, and the ten members of the Governing Board. In this electoral process, representatives of the Territorial Delegations of Tarragona, Lleida and Girona are also chosen.
The Dean chairs the Association of Catalonia and is its maximum representative, a role that counts on the support of the Assistant Dean and the other members of the Governing Board.
The Governing Board is the highest governing body and approves the strategic and most important decisions of the Association. The members of the Board share the responsibility of the body’s various areas and functions.
The Association has an executive structure that carries out the decisions taken by the Dean and the Governing Board. At the head of the management body is the Secretary of the Association.
The Delegations of Tarragona, Lleida and Girona facilitate the services of the Association in their territory, as well as encouraging their members with initiatives and networking activities. The territorial delegates are members of the Governing Board.
The Col·legi d’Enginyers de Camins, Canals i Ports de Catalunya, is part of a national association structure.
